Your WIYO product will be delivered directly from our warehouse to your door.

The mattress will arrive in a box: compressed, rolled and securely wrapped in plastic.

After removing the wrapper, please allow 24-48hrs for the mattress to fully expand and return to its original shape.

When placing your order be sure to select the correct mattress size and model.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will begin preparing your mattress for delivery.

Delivery will take 3-5 working days, and we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your order progress.

The tracking link will provide the estimated delivery date and time.
