If you are not completely satisfied with your WIYO Mattress , you are eligible to return it within 100 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, simply email us at info@wiyomattress.co.uk and our customer support team will assist you with the return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, the mattress must have been purchased through our website (www. wiyomattres.co.uk) or from our authorised retailers. Purchases made from any other sources are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please email us your e-bill and the reason for the return to info@wiyomattress.co.uk. If the 100-day period has passed, you will no longer be able for a return.

Return will not be accepted if you have ordered the wrong size or type of mattress. Additionally, mattresses that are damaged or stained are not eligible for return or refund.

When returning the mattress, it must be securely wrapped using the original plastic or an equivalent protective covering to prevent damage or dirt during transit, failure to follow this requirement will result in a £100 surcharge, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The pickup address must be the same as the delivery address, your refund will be processed and credited to your account within 7-14 days after the return is completed.

If you receive a defective WIYO product, you may request an exchange or refund. Simply email us with an image of the defect at info@wiyomattress.co.uk and we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.

Warranty

10 Year Warranty is only applicable for the Mattress with the price above £290.00

Wiyo Mattress Ltd offers a 10-year warranty on our mattresses. This warranty valued only for the purchases made through our website www.wiyomattres.co.uk or from our authorised outlets.

The warranty covers material defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship in the mattress. It does not apply in the case of misuse, scratches, stains, accidental damage or commercial use. If a manufacturing material defect is found, we will repair or replace the defective product. Please note that any repair or replacement will not extent the original warranty period. The 10-year warranty is valid from the date you receive the product and is only applicable to the mattresses, not for the other products.
